Returns:
Due to the nature of the product digital files (patterns) are not refundable.
Leather Products:
All leather products are usually available for shipment in 1-7 business days, except for special orders such as personalized items or requests in a different colour.
We send all Oak Leathercraft leather products by registered mail with provided tracking number. Shipping cost include packing and registered post.
However, the customer is obliged to pay any customs fees depending on the country of destination.
Returns:
Personalized leather products purchased in Oak Leathercraft store are not refundable.
We accept returns of leather products if you contact me within 14 days of product delivery. The buyer bears the shipping cost, and the product must be returned intact to us within 30 days of delivery.
You will only be refunded after we have received the returned item in perfect condition.
