How can I download my files?
Please log in into ''MY ACCOUNT'' and go to downloads, then find you files and click the download button (dark button with arrow) on the right hand side.
Can I make more than one product from the purchased template ?
Of course. Once purchased, you are free to make any number of leather products and sell any quantity you want.
In what format will I receive the template?
All templates are available for printing in PDF format and are compatible with both A4 and US Letter sizes.

Do you ship internationally?
All items purchased in Oak Leathercraft store are shipped worldwide. The price for shipping includes registered mail, but the buyer is obliged to pay any customs fee.
Can I order a personalized product?
Yes, We can make a personalized item for you (up to 9 letters or numbers) to make your product unique.
However, I have to make it from scratch, which may take more time. In this case, please contact me before buying.
Can I place a custom order?
Unfortunately, you can't customize the products available in our store, but you can choose a different color of you leather product.
When can I expect my item to ship?
All products visible in Oak Leathercraft store will be made especially for you and we will ship it for you at the same or next business day after finishing the product.
However, if you place a particular order (different color/personalization), the waiting time will be longer. In this case, please contact us before buying.
Can I return an item if there is a problem with the size?
You can return your product within 14 business days of receipt, and the buyer bears the shipping cost in this case.
